Three services, one van, and a country to cover.

The problem

Swiftride does three things that attract three different customers: same-day courier work for people sending a parcel, household and office moves for people relocating, and B2B freight for companies shipping cargo.

Those buyers arrive with different urgency and different questions. A single generic "logistics services" page serves none of them, and an independent operator competing against national carriers cannot afford a visitor who cannot tell whether the service applies to them.

What we built

A site split cleanly into the three services, each answering its own buyer. Courier covers same-day and next-day delivery with tracking and digital proof of delivery. Moving covers packing, furniture assembly and disassembly, and temporary storage. Cargo covers FTL and LTL freight with full documentation.

Coverage is stated concretely — over 100 cities, with Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek, Zadar, and Dubrovnik named — because "all of Croatia" reads as a claim while a list of cities reads as a fact.

The free-estimate enquiry form is the primary conversion path, sitting alongside phone and email for customers who would rather just call.

Design decisions

Track record leads: five years operating, over a thousand deliveries, ten thousand parcels. Against a national carrier, an independent operator's credibility gap is the first thing to close.

Each service keeps its own call to action rather than routing everything through one form. Someone booking a same-day parcel and someone planning an office move are not at the same stage of decision.
