The problem

Bike fitting is a service most cyclists do not know exists until something hurts. The people searching are not searching for "bike fitting" — they are searching for knee pain on the bike, a numb saddle, or an aching neck after two hours in the drops.

A €200 two-hour session is also a considered purchase. The site had to carry someone from a symptom they can name to a booking they are confident in, without a sales conversation in between.

What we built

A site organised around the three bookable services — the full fitting, saddle pressure mapping, and custom bike consultation — each with its duration, price, and what actually happens during the session stated up front.

The fitting itself is explained as its four phases: interview, physiological assessment, 3D motion analysis, and adjustment. Showing the method is what makes the price legible.

Online booking runs from the service pages, so the path from a symptom article to a reserved slot is short. Gift vouchers are sold through the same flow.

Design decisions

The blog is the acquisition engine, not a content-marketing afterthought. Articles are written against the symptom searches — saddle pain, foot position, aerodynamics — because that is the language of the person who has the problem but not the vocabulary for the solution.

Saddle pressure mapping is positioned as the differentiator it is: the studio describes it as unique in Croatia, so it gets its own service page rather than being folded into the fitting description.

Every service page states price and duration without a form in the way. Hiding the price on a considered purchase costs more bookings than it protects.
